An organization that promotes Coproduction and Partnership Networks as paths to transformation and innovation for the common good

The main objective for the two events to be organized as a single event is to create bridges between academic and non-academic researchers, between universities and public and private organizations, between public and private universities and, particularly, between the Graduate Program in Engineering and Knowledge Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (EGC/UFSC) and its organizational partners, other universities, graduates and alumni. The Graduate Program considered, by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), as a reference in Brazil, proposes to promote these multiple bridges to the knowledge society, by hosting the two largest international events on Engineering, Media and Knowledge Management: 18th ICKM and 13th CIKI.

The 18th International Conference on Knowledge Management (ICKM 2023) aims to providing worldwide discussions on the most contemporary models of knowledge management, multilevel governance, and organizational learning. The event will enable the dissemination and popularization of research results, information on science, technology and innovations applied to multiple sectors, mainly education, health and public safety, smart city and digital transformation of industries and commerce in Santa Catarina. The interaction of researchers, professors, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and other public agents, as well as the promotion of scientific and technological exchange in the State of Santa Catarina will be present through the participation and partnerships between UFSC and other national and international universities and, mainly, the co-production of the event between the state, organizations and society.
